Today's Run...

Three 8-9 minute sets. With walking in between. About 35 minutes or so total. Then shower and get lunch. I've had a busy last hour!

I traced it out on mapmyrun.com and it was about 2.25 miles. Yay!!

good for you, I should use you as an insperation, I don't exercice unless I'm bringing the dog out for a walk!
